Margaret was fantastic to work with! We needed to sell my wife’s parent’s home in Nipomo, CA. We live 5 hours away. She was referred to us by some of her parent’s neighbors we met when we visited. The house was on the market for less than a week. Closing was set for 30 days. All the repairs that the house inspection said were necessary were done, with plenty of time to spare.

The house closed on the scheduled date. Not one hiccup ever in the process!

Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated your working with us to sell, not only our home of 25 years, but also my father’s home and citrus orchard.

We really count our blessings when we think about how there were two homes on our block, one of which had been for sale literally for months – maybe even a year – and the other for at least a few months. Then ours was put on the market, and within one month, it was in escrow. One of the others still has not sold.
