Central Coast Market Report - October 2018

It's been several months since I updated the market report for sales by town at the Central Coast. Some towns have seen prices go up and some have gone down. Inventory remains relatively low. Overall we're still in a sellers market, with the exception of Cambria where there is more inventory. County-wide we've seen a 3% increase in sales price, which is normal appreciation.
