Central Coast Market Report - November 2018

Here is this month's Central Coast Market Report with sales data by town within San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria. Some towns had higher median sale prices this month over last month, and some were lower. Paso Robles and Santa Maria were virtually unchanged. Templeton had only 9 closed sales and the median price was considerably higher this month. But there were only 3 pendings and so the inventory (months of supply) rose significantly. For most of the towns, the inventory is on the low side (sellers market) but creeping up.
