Central Coast Market Report - February 2019
With the holidays over, sales of single family homes have picked up the pace with more home going under contract and inventory going down over last month in nearly every town. Only Oceano had no single family homes go pending last month and only one home closed so the numbers get skewed. Over the County, some sold prices were up and some were down.
Here is a chart of single family homes for sale, pending or sold this past month in all of San Luis Obispo County by price range. Of course the lower priced homes sell more quickly and there is less inventory than the higher priced homes.
