Here is this month's market report with sales by town in San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria. There are some interesting changes over this past month, particularly with inventory going up and the days on the market going up. Of course, it's the holiday season and sales really slow down in November and December. Cayucos had just 2 closed sales last month, Oceano had just 3 and several towns only had a handful of pending listings. Still, several towns show increased sales prices.
